The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Construction Of The Green Hub Environmental Laboratory, Including Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, As Well As Performing Authors Supervision. The Investment Is To Be Located On Plots No. 267/1, 267/2 And 267/3, Precinct 0054, Gdańsk And Is Intended To Create A Modern, Multifunctional Green Hub Greenhouse And Laboratory Complex, Dedicated To Innovative Research And Implementation In The Field Of Environmental Engineering, Energy And Civil Engineering. The Complex Is To Be A Research Platform Combining Scientific Activities With Active Cooperation With The Economic And Industrial Environment And Openness To Society. Green Hub Will Be Located On The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. The Usable Area Of The Designed Laboratory Building Is Approximately 440 M² In Total, Including: • A Two-Story Laboratory Building With An Area Of 240 M² • An Exhibition And Greenhouse Complex With A Total Area Of Approximately 200 M². The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Polish, In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form (Pdf And Editable Files: Dwg/Dxf, Word And .Xml). Before Submitting The Application For A Construction Permit, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Written Approval From The Technical Center Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology In The Scope Of The Designed Installations And The Employer For The Construction Project. Exercising Authors Supervision And Providing Explanations Regarding The Documentation, Including In The Course Of The Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract For The Performance Of Works, Will Take Place For A Total Period Of Maximum 48 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Documentation, Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol, However, The Authors Supervision Will Begin With The Commencement Of Construction Works For The Investment And Will End Upon Their Completion Or The Expiry Of 48 Months From The Receipt Of The Documentation - Whichever Occurs Sooner.
