1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Of Building A Road Connecting Ul. L. Chrzanowskiego From Ul. Aleja 25-Lecia Wolności Together With The Bridge Over The Kamienna River, Including The Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes And Division Maps, Carrying Out The Required Industry Arrangements, Obtaining All Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Consents Required By Law, Including A Final Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), As Well As The Development Of Technical Documentation And Documentation Necessary To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works.2.Design Documentation Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads.3.The Documentation Included In The Order Will Include The Following Scope: 1) Construction Of A Public Municipal Road Of Class Z In Street Cross-Section, I.E.
