Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Passenger Car For The Needs Of The Leszno City Hall

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Passenger Car For The Needs Of The Leszno City Hall In Accordance With All The Requirements Specified In The Form For The Offered Passenger Car (Detailed Technical Description) Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 2.1.The Delivered Passenger Car Must Be Free From Defects, Brand New, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation And Deliver The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 2.2. Delivery Of A Used, Exhibition Or Test Car Is Not Allowed. 2.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Passenger Car At The Time Of Delivery Be Equipped With Tires Appropriate For The Season In Which The Car Will Be Delivered.2.4. The Offered Passenger Car Must Be Manufactured In 2026. The Contractor Will Specify The Year Of Production In Point 2 Passenger Car Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1A To Swz.2.5. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Also Covering The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of The Passenger Car In Question To The Seat Of The Leszno City Hall, Ul. Karasia No. 15, 64-100 Leszno.2.6. For The Specified Passenger Car, The Parameters Given In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Are Minimum Values, A Car With Parameters Better Or Higher Than Those Specified Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 2.7. The Offered Passenger Car And Its Equipment Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As With Other Provisions Of The Applicable National Law Of The Republic Of Poland And Eu Law.2.8. The Offered Passenger Car Should Meet All Regulations Regarding The Authorization For Use In Poland And Have Appropriate Documents Proving Compliance With All Necessary Standards And Guidelines That The Above-Mentioned Vehicle Should Meet Before It Is Allowed For Use. 3. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Agreement Together With The Following Documents: 1) Proof Of Ownership Of The Vehicle, 2) Approval Certificate Or An Extract From The Approval Certificate Or Ec Certificate Of Conformity Or Another Document Containing A List Of Data And Information Corresponding To The Ec Certificate Of Conformity Or A Copy Of The Decision Exempting The Vehicle From Approval - Valid On The Date Of Handing Over The Vehicle, 3) Proof Confirming The Payment Of Excise Duty In The Territory Of A Member State Or The Contractors Annotation On The Sales Receipt Confirming The Fact That He Has The Original Or A Copy Of The Document Confirming The Payment Excise Duty, 4) Two Sets Of Keys Or Electronic Cards, 5) User Manual In Polish, 6) Warranty Document In Polish, 7) Service Book In Polish.
