The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, During The Term Of The Contract, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Submit To The Contractor A Notification Specifying The Location Of Surface Defects To Be Repaired And The Expected Scope Of Works. Notifications Will Be Sent To The Contractor Electronically, To The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor. The Expected Scope Of Partial Renovations Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order Is Approximately Pln 11,010,900. M². The Indicated Quantity Is An Estimate And Was Adopted For The Purposes Of Preparing And Comparing Offers. The Actual Amount Of Works Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Particular On The Technical Condition Of The Surface Of Municipal Roads During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order To An Extent Of No Less Than 50% Of The Expected Amount Of Works, I.E. 5,505.450 M². At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Scope Of Works In Relation To The Expected Amount By A Maximum Of 50%, I.E. To A Total Area Of No More Than 16,516.350 M². M². The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Order Is Therefore 5,505.450 M², While The Maximum Scope Of The Order Is 16,516.350 M².
