Ammonitowa In Olsztyn 2) Expansion Of District Road No. 1012 S Consisting In The Construction Of A Bus Terminus On Plot No. 216/2 In Biskupice Ul. Zrębska 3)Construction Of An Exit To Plot 698/2 On Podgrabie Street In Przymiłowice4)Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Suliszowice-Krasawa Municipal Road On The Section Within The Boundaries Of The Olsztyn Commune5)Renovation Of Road Surfaces In The City And Commune Of Olsztyn6)Construction Of 6 Bus Platforms In The City And Commune Of Olsztyn In The Towns Of Turów, Kusięta, Krasawa And Olsztyn3. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Designed Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 11 To The Swz 4. Equivalence: Where A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Procurement Documents, Or Where Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To Are Indicated In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Ppl, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Ppl Indicates That Such Indication Is Accompanied By A Word Or Equivalent. Where The Documentation Does Not Provide An Equivalence Criterion, The Key Technical Parameters Of The Designed Devices, Materials, Etc. Are Considered As These Criteria. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Ppl In A Situation Where The Documentation, I.E. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contains A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such Terms Are Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System.
