The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And This Swz.6.The Contractor Ensures That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Construction Qualifications In A Specific Specialty.7.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E.
