The Subject Of The Investment Is The Modernization Of An Existing Warehouse Building In Bugaj (Miłosław Commune), Intended For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Purposes, Carried Out As Part Of Stage Ii. The Scope Of The Study Includes, In Particular, The Remaining Works To Be Performed, Waterproofing, Anti-Corrosion Renovation Of The Steel Structure Of The Roof, Supplementation And Renewal Of Internal Plasters Including Painting, Insulation Of External Walls And Plinth Using The Light-Wet Method And Construction Of An Insulated Industrial Floor. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of Warehouse Equipment With Shelves. The Investment Task Includes The Following Works: 1) Cleaning And Painting (Anti-Corrosion Protection) Of Existing Steel Trusses And Purlins; 2) Completing Internal Plasters, Processing The Zone Near The Trusses And Filling The Gaps Between The Top Of The Wall And The Roof, Painting The Walls; 3) Insulating The External Walls With Styrofoam Thickness. 20 Cm And Insulation Of The Xps Plinth, Thickness. 10 Cm; 4) Insulation Of The Industrial Floor, Thickness 15 Cm With Leveling Layers And Horizontal Insulation; 5) Construction Of A Technical Descent And Extension Of Downpipes; 6) Delivery And Installation Of Warehouse Equipment With Shelves, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Details Of The Investment Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Implementation Of Construction Works Requires Taking Into Account The Applicable Regulations On The Protection And Care Of Monuments As Well As The Guidelines Of The Competent Authority For The Protection Of Monuments. The Ordering Party Submitted A Request To The Competent Monument Protection Authority To Issue Guidelines Regarding The Implementation Of This Investment. For The Purpose Of Settling The Task, The Following Are Distinguished: 1) Eligible Costs, Covering The Material Scope Covered By The Application For A Targeted Subsidy And Documents Constituting Annexes To The Subsidy Agreement, Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Area 2 - Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies; 2) Non-Eligible Costs, Financed 100% From The Miłosław Communes Own Funds, Including Section 5, Item 12 And 13 Of The Bill Of Quantities; The Ordering Party Attached The Bill Of Quantities To The Swz, Which Is An Auxiliary Element And Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary And Informative Nature And Serves In Particular To Determine The Material Scope Of The Works And To Separate Eligible And Non-Eligible Costs.
