1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Hardening Of Municipal Roads In 2026 In The Villages Of The Gzy Commune. The Task Is Financed From The Budget Of The Gza Commune, Including The Village Fund. A) Hardening Of Municipal Roads With Asphalt Emulsion Consists In Surface Hardening Of The Road Surface With Scattering Of Grit, Using Asphalt Emulsion. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities For Construction Works And Site Maps Specifying The Location Of Individual Road Sections Planned To Be Hardened. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Temporary Works Marking At His Own Expense Throughout The Entire Implementation Period, As Well As To Dismantle It After The Works, Perform The Necessary Tests And Measurements, And Tidy Up The Area. The Required Minimum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Regardless Of The Warranty Rights, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Matter Of The Contract. The Warranty Period Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Materials And Devices Used, Faulty Performance Of Work, Damage Resulting From A Defect And Legal Defects. The Ordering Party May Exercise Warranty Rights In Cases Where The Defect Poses A Threat To Human Life Or Health Or Poses A Risk Of Very Large Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Secure The Site Of The Failure In Order To Remove Threats Or Prevent The Damage From Increasing. Regulations Regarding The Quality Guarantee Are Also Included In Annex No. 2 - Contract Template. B) The Hardening Of Municipal Roads With Reclaimed Materials Includes Road Construction Works, Obtaining Material, Transport To Indicated Towns In The Commune, Re-Profiling Of The Subsoil, Unloading And Spreading, Compaction To Eliminate Potholes, Cavities And Ruts. Reclaimed Asphalt (Asphalt Cutter) Must Meet The Following Parameters: Fraction 0-31.5 Mm, Supply Of Clean Reclaimed Asphalt, Obtained From Milling The Existing Bituminous Surface Without Sub-Base, The Material Should Be Dry Or Slightly Moist, Free From Contamination.
