The Subject Of The Order Is To Change The Use Of The Existing Five Garages Under The Primary School Gymnasium Into The Function Of A Municipal Ol And Oc Warehouse, Along With Securing Access And Access To The Rooms And Dividing Them Into Sectors. The Task Includes: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of A Two-Story Building, Currently With A Garage Function And Intended For Storage Purposes, Including: - Construction Of Internal Electrical Installations - Construction Of Sanitary Installations, Including: Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating Installations, Ventilation Installations - Construction Of A Communication System For Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic In The Development Of Part Of The Plot No. 165/2, Dobiegniew District (Connection Of The Internal Road With The Existing Exit To Rybacka Street), - Removal Moisture, Including Removing Fungus From The Walls, - Protecting The Walls Against Re-Moisture, Insulating Vertical And Horizontal Walls, - Strengthening And Filling In Gaps, - Renovating The Internal And External Walls Of The Building, Including Painting Works. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Construction And Works Management In Accordance With The Work Sectors Required By Law And To Provide Archaeological Supervision Of Earthworks. 4.
