1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Municipal Road No. 130127C, Including The Construction Of A Bituminous Surface With Roadsides And Exits. 2. Location Of The Order: Municipal Road No. 130127C On Plots No. 152; 79/2; Jeżewo District, Łabiszyn Commune, Żnin Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Modernization Will Start From Km 0+000.0 To Km 1+150. The Considered Road Section Is 1,150.00 Km Long.3.The Renovated Road Provides Access To Residential Buildings In Farm Buildings And To Agricultural Fields. The Modernization Will Consist In Installing A Bituminous Overlay On The Existing Gravel Road And Strengthening The Ground Roadsides. The Surface At The Exits Is Made Of Asphalt Concrete. It Is Planned To Construct Roadsides Reinforced With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, 0.75 M Wide, And Dirt Roadsides 0.25 M Wide (The Total Width Of The Roadsides Is 1.0 M). The Impact Area Is Within The Boundaries Of Plots No. 152, 79/2; Jeżewo Precinct, Łabiszyn Commune, Żnin Poviat, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, 041904_5.0003.152; 041904_5.0003.79/2. Solutions In The Planthe Course Of The Municipal Road Has Been Adapted To The Existing Road. A Road With A Road Cross-Section Is Designed As A Single-Lane, Two-Way Road With One Lane In Two Directions, 4.0 M Wide, With Shoulders Reinforced With Crushed Aggregate, 0.75 M Wide, And 0.25 M Earthen (Total Width Of The Shoulders 1.0 M). The Modernization Begins At Km 0+003.5 On The Existing Exit From The Provincial Road No. 246. Modernization Within The Boundaries Of The Provincial Road Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Separate Study. Modernization Ends At Km 1+150. The Length Of The Modernized Section Is 1.1465 Km. From The Provincial Road To Km 0+028, A 5.5 M Wide Roadway Is Planned, Capable Of Carrying The Traffic Loads Of Kr3. In Order To Ensure The Connection Of The Road With Adjacent Areas, Exits Are Designed In Places Of Currently Existing Dirt Exits. The Exits Should Be Made With An Asphalt Concrete Surface With A Minimum Width Of 6 M And A Length Equal To The Width Of The Shoulder Of 0.75 M. Rainwater Will Be Discharged Through Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes To The Roadsides And Green Areas. The Project To Change The Permanent Traffic Organization Is A Separate Study.
