Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of Some Rooms In The Former Primary School Building In Słuszczyn To The Needs Of A Civil Defense Warehouse

The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Adapting Part Of The Building After The Primary School In Słuszczyn 42, 27-320 Solec Nad Wisłą, On The Registered Plot Number 406/5, According To The Developed Technical Documentation. The Works Will Consist In Adjusting The Parity For The Needs Of The Warehouse And Works Related To Replacing The Roof Covering And Its Elements. The Scope Of Work Has Been Divided Into Two Parts: Part 1. Adaptation Of Parts Of The Rooms Of The Former Primary School Building In Słuszczyno To The Needs Of The Civil Defense Warehouse: The Adaptation Will Cover The Ground Floor Rooms Of The Building, Where Works Will Be Carried Out Related To: Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Replacement Of Electrical Installations, Construction Of Industrial Floors, Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings, In Particular: 1) Dismantling Furnaces, 2) Removing Window Frames From The Wall And Doors, 3) Scraping And Washing Paint, 4) Dismantling Wooden Floors, 5) Filling Up Openings In Walls, 6) Installing Doors And Windows, 7) Replacing Plasters, 8) Painting Walls, 9) Installing Floors, 10) Performing Electrical Works, 11) Delivery And Installation Of Warehouse Shelves For Rooms. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Task That Is The Subject Of The Order Based On Applicable Regulations, Standards And Conditions Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities And Necessary To Include: Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, Traffic Organization, Signage, Liquidation Of The Construction Site, Waste Disposal, Tidying Up The Area After Construction, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic And As-Built Inventory And Any Other Work Not Covered By The Swz And Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Art Of Construction. The Detailed Quantitative And Material Scope Of The Works And The Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And Its Annexes, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For Construction Works And Incorporated Materials Covered By This Procedure. The Warranty Period Is Required To Be Equal To The Warranty Period. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. Points In The Warranty Period Criterion Will Be Awarded In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz.
