The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of Municipal Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouses In Żagań, Including Land Development And The Necessary Technical And Accompanying Infrastructure - Stage I In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program And The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouses In Żagań Along With Water And Electrical Installations, Land Development And The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Museum Of Prisoner Of War Camps, Register No. 2069, Precinct 0003 In Żagań. The Area Covered By The Investment Is Not Located Within The Conservation Protection Zone, Therefore The Designed Solutions Are Not Subject To Agreement With The District Conservator Of Monuments. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz. The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Complete Multi-Sector Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions As Well As Preparation Of Stwoir, Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate Investor, 2) Carrying Out The Necessary Geological Research (If Applicable), 3) Carrying Out Construction Works, In Particular: A) Construction Of A Warehouse Facility With Office Facilities, Along With The Necessary Construction And Finishing Works, B) Carrying Out Preparatory Works And Land Development, Including Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, Earthworks, Hardening The Area And Constructing An Access Road And Access To The Facility, C) Making Connections And Installations Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility, Including Connections Water Supply And Electricity Together With Internal Installations, Lighting And Necessary Equipment, D) Construction Of A Heating System For The Facility, Including Heating Of The Warehouse Space With Heaters And Office Areas With Electric Heaters, E) Construction And Equipment Of A Separate Office Zone And Equipping The Warehouse Part With Shelves, Devices And Other Elements Necessary For The Proper Use And Operation Of The Facility, F) Construction Of Fencing Of The Area, G) Performance Of Other Works And Elements Of Technical Infrastructure Necessary For The Comprehensive Construction, Commissioning And Use Of The Facility Warehouse Along With Land Development, H) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Together With An As-Built Inventory Taking Into Account Changes Introduced During The Implementation Of The Works, I) First Start-Up Of The Installation And Conducting Training In Its Operation And Maintenance.
