The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Building Of The Jaświły Commune Office And Its Surroundings, Located At: Jaświły 7, 19-124 Jaświły, Plot With Registration Number 111/7, Jaświły District, Consisting In Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs Within The Scope Of The Project, I.E.: 1) Construction Of An External Elevator Shaft Along With The Delivery And Installation Of A Lifting Device Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities;2) Construction Of A Ramp For People In Wheelchairs;3) Marking A Parking Space For People With Disabilities In The Existing Parking Lot;4) Replacement Of Single-Leaf Entrance Doors - 1 Piece;5) Adaptation Of Sanitary Facilities To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Including Those In Wheelchairs;2.The Detailed Scope Of Required Construction Works In This Procedure Is Presented In The Design Documentation - Annex No. 1 To Swz.3.The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Construction Works Relating To The Delivery And Assembly Of The Stair Platform, The Demolition Of The Garbage Shelter Along With Landscaping And The Replacement Of 12 Internal Doors. This Scope Is Described In The Bill Of Quantities In Items: 134-142 And 143-145.4.Warranty Period: The Ordering Party Requires A 60-Month Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Necessary As-Built Documentation, Including Technical Documentation Of The Lifting Device (Elevator) And Apply On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The Office Of Technical Inspection To Conduct A Test And Obtain A Permit To Operate The Device.
