1. The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Notecka And Pszczelna Streets In Bydgoszcz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope And Conditions Of The Contract Execution Are Described In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Annexes - Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Common To All Parts), Including: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Common To All Parts), 2) The Offer Form Template - Annex No. 2 - I To The Swz (Separate For Each Part).3. The Order Will Be Implemented In Multiple Stages And Provides For The Following Implementation Stages, The Provisions Of Which Are Detailed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Stage 1A, Stage 1B, Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5 And Stage 6.4. The Basic Order Will Include Stages 1 To 3 And Stages 5 To 6. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Basic Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
