Part No. 1 Of The Order Entitled Delivery Of Ict Equipment - Terminal Laboratory - As Part Of The Project: Modern Education In Primary Schools In The Miedźno Commune1) The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment And Software For The Terminal Laboratory, Indicated In Appendix No. 1A To The Swz - Specification Of Necessary Purchases. Place Of Delivery – Primary School Volhynian Cavalry Brigade At Zs-P In Miedźno.2) All Elements Of The Terminal Workshop Must Be Compatible With Each Other. The Order Includes: Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Configuration Of The Terminal Workshop System.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Contract, The Draft Of Which Constitutes Appendix No. 4A To The Swz, The Specification Of Necessary Purchases (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz), Applicable Legal Provisions.4) Quality Requirements In Connection With The Use Of The Price Criterion As The Only Criterion For Evaluating Offers, Relating To The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Are Specified In The Template/Draft Contract And In Specification Of Necessary Purchases (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). 5) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act 3 Of The Act, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Uses The Name Of The Goods/S, Software, Parameters Identifying The Manufacturer, Origin, They Only Serve To Determine The Characteristics And Quality Of These Goods Or Software. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Goods/Software With No Worse Properties. Therefore, Adjustments To The Goods/Software (Generally Products) From Other Manufacturers Are Allowed During The Execution Of The Order. If The Swz Or Supplements Use The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Test Report Carried Out By This Body As A Means Of Proof Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Terms Of Order Execution, It Means That The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. If A Specific Label Is Required, The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Delivery Data Meets The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified
