The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In One-Time Cleaning Of Sections Of The Storm Sewage System Serving Municipal Roads In Myszków Using Specialized Wuko Equipment, Along With The Removal Of Extracted Waste For Recovery Or Disposal.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.Rainwater Drainage Should Be Protected Against Access By Unauthorized Persons During The Cleaning Service. After The Service Is Completed, The Storm Sewage System Will Be Available To All Users To Drain Rainwater And Snowmelt Water From The Road Surface. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People, Because Cleaning The Rainwater Drainage System Determines The Nature Of This Order. 4. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For Proper Performance Of The Order.9.The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Into Parts By Awarding The Contract In Two Separate Procedures. The Ordering Party Believes That Further Division Of The Awarded Contract In The Proceedings In Question Is Not Justified For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons. Considering The Fact That The Task To Be Performed Is Technically Difficult, And The Division Would Cause Difficulties In Its Implementation, E.G. In The Coordination Of Works, Depreciation Of Equipment, And As A Result, The Intended Final And Material Effect Would Be Disrupted.
