The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of Interconnected (Integrated) Systems For Remote Examinations And For Conducting Interactive Classes/Asynchronous Classes. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Software, Including A System For Conducting Remote Exams And A System For Conducting Interactive Classes And Asynchronous Classes Using Virtual Environments, Together With The Granting Of Perpetual Licenses; 2) Implementation, Configuration, Launch And Integration Of The Software; 3) Providing Technical, Administrator And User Documentation (In Electronic Form); 4) Conducting Instruction In The Operation Of The Implemented Systems For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, Lasting At Least 8 Hours, For At Least 12 People (Online Or Stationary At The Ordering Partys Premises); 5) Ensuring Software Updates Under The Granted Warranty And Fulfillment Of Obligations Arising From The Granted Warranty.
