The Scope Of The Order Concerns: The Construction Of A Single-Story Building For A Village Community Center, Built On A Foundation Slab With A Compact, Modern Shape And A Single-Pitched Roof With An Angle Of 6°, Covered With Standing Seam Sheet Metal. The Facades Are Finished In Ventilated Technology, Using Vertically Mounted Boards. The Facility Will Be Constructed Using Wooden Frame Construction Technology. The Use Of Renewable Raw Materials And Prefabrication Technology Reduces The Impact Of Construction On The Natural Environment. The Main Entrance Leads Through A Wooden Terrace Made Of Wooden Joists Resting On A Concrete Foundation. The Building Will Be Heated Using Electric Heating Mats, Divided Into Independent Zones, Which Allows The Heating To Be Adapted To The Current Use Of The Facility. The Building Is Equipped With Internal Electrical And Sanitary Installations And Will Be Connected To The Water, Sewage And Electricity Networks. Rainwater Will Be Infiltrated On The Plot. The Investment Also Includes The Construction Of A Section Of The Internal Road, Parking Spaces, A Sidewalk And A Turning Area (Fire Protection). In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Specification Of Terms And Conditions (Swz), The Agreement And The Submitted Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Was Defined In An Unambiguous And Comprehensive Manner, Using Precise And Understandable Expressions, Taking Into Account All Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer, By Indicating Objective Technical And Qualitative Features. If The Materials Trademark, Company, Patent Or Origin Is Indicated In The Construction Documentation And Offer Cost Estimates, It Only Means The Criteria That Must Be Met And Is Related To The Definition Of The Construction Features That Are The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Material That Meets The Technical And Aesthetic Requirements. The Equivalent Material Must Have Functional Properties Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards. Before Using Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Must Agree On Any Changes With The Ordering Party And The Designer. Each Equivalent Material Must Meet At Least The Parameters Indicated In The Construction And Executive Design That Will Be Implemented. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Equivalence Table For Each Replacement Material, Which Will Be Accepted By, Among Others, The Designer, The Supervision Inspector And The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Those Solutions That Are Based On Equivalent Arrangements As To The Subject Of The Order And Will Meet The Minimum Requirements Met By The Product Described By The Use Of An Example Trademark, Patent Or Origin.
