A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Annexes To The Construction Design Approved By The Decision Of Building Permit No. 5.3.2024, Ref. No. Bd.6740.5.3.2024.Mp Of February 6, 2024, 2) Technical Design, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Executive Designs 5) And Additionally In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To Swz.4.Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature Only. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb.5.The Scope Of The Design Documentation Covers A Broader Scope Of The Investment Than The Scope Of This Procedure.
