1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Orla Commune.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Orla Commune; 2) Equipping All Residential Properties With Municipal Waste Containers And Bags For Selective Waste Collection; 3) Mobile Collection Of The Following Waste: A) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, B) Textiles And Clothing, C) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, D) Used Tires, E) Expired Chemicals And Packaging Chemicals, Including Packaging For Paints, Solvents And Oils, Packaging For Aerosols, Plant Protection Products And Fertilizers, F) Construction And Demolition Waste From Households;4) Setting An Appropriate Container For Expired Medicines And Collecting And Managing Expired Medicines;5) Setting An Appropriate Container For Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In The Household As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes, As Well As The Collection And Management Of This Waste;6) Placing A Container For Used Small Batteries And Accumulators And Collecting And Managing This Waste.3.The Contractor Collecting Municipal Waste Is Obliged To Transfer Separately Collected Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners To Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Principle Of Proximity Referred To In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Unsegregated Municipal Waste Directly To The Installation. Municipal Waste And To Manage The Collected Waste In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions And In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill.4.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: 1) Carrying Out Tasks Related To The Organization And Logistics Of Municipal Waste Collection From Residential Real Estate (Transport Management) And Supervising The Quality Of The Work Performed, 2) Directly Collecting Municipal Waste From Real Estate (I.E. Driving Waste Collection Vehicles, Operating A Garbage Truck Loader).5.The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming That He Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 300,000.6.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 30-Day Deadline For Payment Of The Vat Invoice.7.
