Tenders are invited for Installation of Smart Meters, Disconnection and Reconnection of Service Line under Meter. The Central Electricity Board is inviting proposals from eligible and qualified bidders, restricted to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius, for the Framework Agreement for Installation of Smart Energy Meters, Disconnection and Reconnection of Service Line under Meter. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday 17 September 2026 at 10.00 hours at the Conference Room, CEB Meter Laboratory, Hermes Cubicle, Trianon. Proposals shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Monday 05 October 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Local time). Bidders submitting proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt same as from Monday 05 October 2026 at 15.01 hours till Wednesday 07 October 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Local time). Proposals will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 07 October 2026 as from 13.45 hours.
