Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of 400kw Photovoltaic Solar System and Appurtenant Works in Burao City 5. Interested firms are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled on Thursday, 10th September 2026, at 10 00 hours at the SDF Secretariat Offices at the address below. o A Site visit shall be organized on Sunday, 13th September 2026. Firms that wish to attend the site visit should indicate their interest by email to the email address below. Non-attendance of the Pre-Bid meeting and/or the Site Visit does not disqualify a firm from bidding 6. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday, 24th September 2026 at 11:00 hours East African Standard Time. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected 7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Thursday, 24th September 2026, immediately after the deadline for the submission of Bids.
