The Objective Of This Tender Is To Invite, Through The Public Market Portal, The Suppliers Of The Sector To Participate In The Acquisition Of Clinical And Surgical Supplies For Care Procedures, Required Mainly By The Pavilion, Major Ambulatory Surgery And Emergencies, Gynecology, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Urology And Cardiac Surgeries Units Of The Regional Hospital Of Talca, With The Purpose Of Ensuring The Continuity Of The Supply Of Clinical And Surgical Supplies Necessary For The Execution Of Care Procedures, Surgical Interventions, Emergency Care, Cures And Other Specialized Procedures. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Have These Products Available In A Timely Manner, In Accordance With The Needs And Consumption Levels Of The Requesting Units, Avoiding Stock Shortages And Possible Interruptions That May Affect The Continuity And Timeliness Of The Services Provided To Users. The Contracting Will Be Carried Out For A Period Of 24 Months, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Established In These Bidding Terms, With The Purpose Of Selecting The Offers That Are Most Convenient For The Talca Regional Hospital, Considering Compliance With The Technical Requirements, The Quality Of The Products, The Supply Conditions And The Efficiency In The Use Of Institutional Resources.Article N°7: Term Of The Tender: The Term Of This Agreement Will Be Twenty-Four (24) Months From The Date Of The Award On The Public Market Portal, The Day On Which The Agreement Will Begin.
