Service Consisting Of Preparation, Review And Updating Of The General Consolidated Inventory Of The Lleida Provincial Council And Its Autonomous Bodies.Services Consisting Of Work On The Preparation, Review And Updating Of The General Consolidated Inventory Of Assets, Rights And Obligations That Make Up The Assets Of The Following Entities, Whatever Their Nature And Title Of Acquisition Or Use: A) The Consolidated Inventory Of The Provincial Council Of Lleida. B) The Inventory Of The Autonomous Organization For The Management And Recovery Of Local Taxes (Oagrtl). C) The Inventory Of The Institut Destudis Ilerdencs (Iei). D) The Inventory Of The Economic Promotion Board (Promeco). E) The Inventory Of The Patronat De Turisme. The Execution Of The Contract Includes The Carrying Out Of The Following Works, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Technical Prescriptions: 1. Carry Out A Prior Investigation To Compile Information Relating To The Assets And Rights, Except Those Already Available To The Diputació De Lleida And Its Autonomous Bodies. This Part Includes The Consultation Of Information And Documentation In Registries, Files, Cadastre, Etc. 2. Complete The Electronic File Of The Property And Create The Corresponding Electronic File, Attaching The Information And Documentation Corresponding To The Property Or Right, In Accordance With The Second Clause Of The Pptp. 3.Transfer To The Gpa Program All The Goods And Rights Incorporated Into The Inventory, Along With The Corresponding Information And Documentation. The Asset Management Computer Application Of The Provincial Council Of Lleida Must Contain All The Available Information On The Assets Of The Entity Or, At A Minimum, The Links That Lead To It, And Must Allow For Complete Searches And Obtaining Lists For All Possible Data Fields, Including The Processing Date. Likewise, It Must Allow Their Grouping By Subclasses Of Goods (Especially In The Case Of Movable Property), By Assignment To Predefined Uses Or By Administrative Units And By Location.
