Provision Of The Service Of Community Actions In Natural Environments With The Aim Of Preventing Unwanted Loneliness Linked To Zero Kilometer Aging In The Region Of Ribera Debre - Annual 2026.The Object Of The Contract Is:- The Design, Planning And Technical And Methodological Preparation Of The Community Intervention, Including The Definition Of Itineraries, Contents, Dynamics And Adequacy Criteria To The Profile Of The Targeted People.- The Coordination, Stimulation And Execution Of A Set Of Community Actions Based On Contact With The Natural Environment And On Valuing Heritage Cultural, Landscape And Social Of The Region.- The Capture, Information, Accompaniment And Promotion Of The Active Participation Of Elderly People Potentially Beneficiaries Of The Project, Especially Those Who Are In A Situation Or Risk Of Social Isolation Or Unwanted Loneliness.- The Co-Design Or Contrast Of The Activities With The Advisory Council Of The Elderly Of The Region, When Appropriate, In Order To Guarantee Adequacy From The Actions To The Profile, Interests And Needs Of The Targeted Persons.- The Organization And Execution Of Community Routes, Group Activities And Sessions Of An Informative, Relational Or Preventive Character Linked To The Municipalities Of Flix, Móra D’Ebre And Rasquera, Without Prejudice To The Participation Of Residents In The Other Municipalities Of The Region.- The Adoption Of Organizational Measures, Preventive, Accessibility, Security, Accompaniment And Civil Liability That Are Necessary For The Correct Development Of The Service.- The Monitoring Of Execution, The Collection Of Qualitative Or Quantitative Information On Participation And The Preparation Of A Final Report Of Results And Evaluation Of The Community Impact Of The Intervention.
