Tenders Are Invited For Modernization And Strengthening Of The Basement Floor In Pm-4

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Task Titled: Modernization And Strengthening Of The Basement Floor In Pm-42) The Order Includes: A) Obtaining All Documents And Information Necessary To Design Construction Works; B) Developing A Complete Construction And Technical Design; C) Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Arrangements; D) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; E) Developing Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities; F) Carrying Out Complete Construction Works; G) Handing Over The Facility To The Ordering Party; 3) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To Swz (Functional And Utility Program). The Ordering Party Determines That On September 9, 2026 At 11.00 In The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 4 In Gliwice, Ul. Barlickiego 16, 44-100 Gliwice, There Will Be A Site Visit, The Aim Of Which Will Be For The Contractors To Check The Location And Conditions Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor/Contractors Representative Participating In The On-Site Visit Will Be Obliged To Sign A Declaration In Accordance With Annex No. 13 To The Swz. Note 1: A) The Ordering Party Suggests To The Contractors The Validity Of Participating In The On-Site Visit, But Does Not Impose Such An Obligation On Them (Participation In The Visit Is The Right, Not The Obligation Of The Contractors), B) Failure To Recognize The Subject Of The Order During The On-Site Visit Will Not Result In Disqualification Of The Offer, C) Risk Related To E.G. Incorrect Price Calculation Or Underestimation Of The Offer Due To Lack Of Participation In The On-Site Visit Shall Be Fully Borne By The Contractor, D) For Organizational Reasons, The Ordering Party Suggests That, If Possible, One Representative Of A Given Contractor Should Participate In The On-Site Visit, E) In Connection With The Appointment Of The On-Site Visit, The Ordering Party Has Set A Deadline For Submitting Offers Longer Than The Minimum Deadline Specified In The Public Procurement Law.
