In Connection With The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Renovation Of A Warehouse Building With Development Of The Area For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense The Following Works Will Be Performed: • Carrying Out The Necessary Demolition And Dismantling Works; • Renovation And Repair Of Existing Building Elements, Including Damaged Elements Of The Roof Structure; • Construction Of A New Roof Covering With Sheet Metal Work, Gutter System And Downpipes; • Renovation Of The Facade And Execution Of Designed Finishing Layers And Colors Of The Building; • Replacement And Construction Of New Joinery Windows, Doors And Gates;• Construction Of Designed Partition Walls And Separation Of Sanitary, Social And Storage Rooms;• Construction Of Suspended Ceilings In The Designed Rooms;• Repair Of The Existing Floor And Construction Of New Sections Of Industrial Floor In Places Provided For In The Documentation;• Execution Of Natural Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Of The Rooms;• Construction Of Water Supply, Hot Water And Sanitary Sewage Systems Together With The Necessary Sanitary Equipment;• Execution Of The Installation Electrical, Lighting And Electric Heating Of The Designed Rooms;• Execution Of Designed Hardening Of The Area, Access Roads And Parking Spaces, Including A Space Intended For People With Disabilities;• Execution Of Designed Exits And Works Related To Providing Communication Services For The Area;• Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works.
