I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task Provided For In The Contract Under The Name: Construction Of Integrated Bicycle Paths In Nowy Sącz, Task 2: Construction Of A Tourist, Running And Cycling Path; Section I - From The End Of The Existing Path At The Footbridge At Wiśniowiecki Street To Skałki N/Kamienica. Ii. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Perform The Following Works: 1) Hardening Part Of The Plot, 2) Preparing And Submitting Acceptance Documents To The Ordering Party, 3) Notifying The Ordering Party Of The Completion Of The Works Iii. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Investment Implementation Are Specified In The Terms Of Reference.
