The Ordering Parties Described In Chapter I Of The Swz Conduct Jointly The Public Procurement Procedure (Article 38 Of The Public Procurement Act), The Authorized Ordering Party - The Leader Of The Purchasing Group Is The Kętrzyn County, Acting Through The Plenipotentiary.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity With An Estimated Volume Of 1,331.98 Mwh In The Period From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027 3.Number Of Measuring Systems Accounting For Consumed Electricity: 110 Pieces - A Detailed Description Is Provided In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Data On The Amount Of Electricity Subject To Purchase Are Indicative. The Amount Of Electricity Was Estimated On The Basis Of Historical Data On Electricity Consumption In The Last 12 Months, Taking Into Account Planned Changes In Use And Actions Taken By The Ordering Parties Referred To In Art. 37 Of The Act Of October 7, 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Electricity Consumers In 2023 And 2024 In Connection With The Situation On The Electricity Market And The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Generated In Generation Installations. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Parties (Customers), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed.
