1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sidewalk From National Road 240 Along District Road No. 1291 In Terespol Pomorski. 2. The Scope Of Work Will Include: • Construction Of A Pedestrian Road, • Construction Of A Regular Exit, • Extension Of The Existing Culvert, • Construction Of Green Areas - Slopes And Lawns, • Installation Of Vertical Markings, • Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Elements, • Cleaning Of The Existing Pedestrian Road, • Geodetic Marking And Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Design Documentation. 4. The Bill Of Quantities Is Included In Annex No. 2A To Swz.5.As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: • Provide Surveying Services During Earthworks (Including Geodetic Marking And As-Built Inventory, Including The Inclusion Of An Inventory Map In The Surveying Resources), • Prepare A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Introduce And Maintain Temporary Construction Markings In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Prepared And Approved By The Contractor, • Provide Comprehensive Ornithological Supervision During Tree Felling In The Event Of Felling During The Breeding Season, • Works Within Existing Underground Networks Should Be Carried Out Manually. If Insufficient Coverage Of The Cables Or Their Collision With The Designed Sidewalk Structure Is Found, Protection In The Form Of An Arot Type Protective Pipe Or Equivalent Should Be Used, After Consultation With The Supervision Inspector.6.The Contractor Undertakes To Submit, No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Construction Site: A) A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Investment.7.The Planned Investment Will Be Accessible To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In Accordance With Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law By Making New Surfaces Of Uniform Material, Without Defects And Ruts. Guidance Plates (Integration Cubes) Will Be Made To Make It Easier For People With Visual Impairments To Navigate On The Pedestrian Path.8.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.9 Act.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Enabling The Acceptance Of The Investment.10.If The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, In Particular Annex No. 2 And Annex No. 2A To The Swz, By Indicating The Technology, Manufacturer, Proper Names, Trademarks Or Origin Of Devices And Materials, Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Informs That They Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature For Determining The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials Used.
