The Approximate Usable Area Of ​​The Planned Part Is 190 M2.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Investment Costs The Necessary Preparatory Work (I.E. Securing The Construction Site By Introducing The Necessary Marking Of The Works) And Cleaning Work (Including Cleaning The Construction Site, Removing Residues Generated During The Implementation Of The Task And Disposal Of Construction Waste). 3.
