The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Running Track Surface At The Primary School In Uniejów With A Sprayed Polyurethane Surface On A Newly Made Asphalt Base, Together With The Delivery Of Equipment.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Jointless, Water-Permeable, Spray-Type Synthetic Polyurethane Surface On An Athletics Track, Laid On A Newly Made Asphalt Concrete Base. 3. Geometric And Operational Parameters Of The Facility:• Construction: Circular Track Equipped With A Straight Part With A Distance Of 100 M.• Number Of Tracks: 4 Tracks.• Length Of The Track: Approximately 285.0 M In Axes.• Track Width: 1.22 M With A Maximum Permissible Deviation Of Up To 1 Cm.• Profiling (Slopes): The Transverse Slope Of The Track Is A Maximum Of 1%, While The Total Longitudinal Slope Is 0%.4. The Scope Of Work Includes: Application Of Specialized Primer, Construction Of A Two-Layer Polyurethane System, Professional Alignment Of The Facility And Delivery Of 4 Pieces Of Starting Blocks.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 6 The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Construction Site, Eliminate All Threats On An Ongoing And Systematic Basis, And Secure Elements Exposed To Destruction.7 The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Way That Is Least Burdensome For The Users Of The Facility And In Compliance With The Principles Of Social Coexistence.8. Bidders Are Advised To Read The Terms Of Reference In Detail, Obtain All Information Necessary To Properly Prepare The Offer, Check And Verify The Documentation Of The Procedure And Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Errors And Omissions.9. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Recultivate The Areas Occupied By Technical And Social Facilities, The Construction Site, Any Temporary Roads - Made For The Needs Of The Contractor And The Construction Site, And Any Other Areas Transformed By The Contractor.10.
