Figowa) In Słubice. The Designed Exit Will Be Built Partly On The Plot No. 1/1, Precinct 2-Słubice (Lane Of National Road No. 31) And Partly On The Plot No. 1190, Precinct 1-Słubice (Internal Municipal Road).3.The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Indicated In The Design Documentation (Technical Design) - In Accordance With The Notification Of Construction Works Accepted By The Starosta Of Słubice And The Voivode Of Lubuskie Province.4.The Price Is An Estimate Price. Together With The Offer, You Must Submit Tender Estimates Prepared On The Basis Of The Attached Bill Of Quantities. Lack Of Attached Cost Estimates Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Man-Hour Rate (R-G) Expressed In Pln In The Offer Form. The Given Rate Will Constitute The Basis For The Settlement Of Additional, Replacement Or Other Works Provided For In The Contract. Failure To Indicate The Man-Hour Rate Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.5.The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. This Is A Homogeneous Order With A Low Order Value. Splitting The Order Would Result In Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties Related To The Correction And Supervision Of The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing The Order, As Well As Higher Costs Of Execution Of The Order.
