Tenders Are Invited For Successful Modernization Of Internal And Public Roads In The Zgorzelec Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Modernization Of Sections Of Municipal Roads In The Zgorzelec Commune, The Detailed Location And Implementation Schedule Of Which Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract By Way Of Written Partial Orders.2.The Estimated Area M2 Of Roads Intended For Modernization Is Approximately 4,400 M2, Including: Replacement Of The Road Wearing Course - 4,000 M2, Replacement Of The Road Wearing Course Along With The Sub-Base - 400 M2. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Works And Their Sections Will Be Determined Immediately Before They Begin, Or, If Necessary, Even During Their Implementation. The Ordering Party Ensures The Execution Of Not Less Than 60% Of The Quantities Indicated In The Offer Cost Estimate (Guaranteed Volume).4.The Scope Of Works Specified In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Handover Reports (Partial Orders In Written Form) Of Road Surface Sections Selected For Modernization, Prepared By The Ordering Party. The Orders Will Specify In Particular: Location, Type, Scope Of Work, Value Of The Work And Deadline For Its Completion.5.The Minimum Road Section Covered By A Partial Order Will Be No Shorter Than 50 M2. 6. The Contractor Will Include Surveying Services At Every Stage Of Construction Works.7.In The Case Of Devices Not Related To Road Infrastructure, E.G. Sewage Manholes, Possible Regulation Should Be Taken Into Account, If Required.8.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) Bill Of Quantities Entitled Offer Cost Estimate - Due To The Nature Of The Works, The Ordering Party Specified The Works Shown In The Bill Of Quantities On Areas Of Approximate Size To Be Completed During The Execution Of The Order, 2) Opz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 3) Stwior - Technical Specification.
