The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works, Planting Greenery And Its Maintenance As Part Of The Task Entitled: Lets Plant Trees On The Main Square, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order Is An Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Zzm/O1.281/23 Lets Plant Trees On The Main Square, Zzm/Ukz/01.1.3 The Investment Area Is Located On The Main Square In Kraków, On Plots No. 580/3, 580/4, Precinct S-1, Unit Registry Śródmieście.1.4 The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works And Planting Of Greenery Along With Maintenance In The Years 2028-2031.
