1. The Subject Of The Contract Was Not Divided Into Parts (Article 91(2)). The Order Constitutes A Separate Scope, Which Was Divided In A Separate Procedure.2.The Construction Work Will Be Carried Out At The Military Airport Located On The Premises Of The Employers Headquarters (32 Blt In Łask, Gucin 58A, 98-113 Buczek).3.Detailed Information On The Subject Of The Order, Including Quality Standards, Relating To The Main Elements Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Shall Provide All Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.5.The Order Must Be Performed With Due Care, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations And Technical Standards, While Maintaining Applicable Health And Safety Regulations As Well As Standards And Principles Of Construction Practice, Professional Ethics And The Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes.6.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With High Quality By Performing Work In Accordance With Industry Regulations And Using Materials That Meet Appropriate Quality Standards. 7. Before Completing The Works, The Contractor Undertakes To Clean Up The Area, In Particular: Removing Debris Resulting From The Construction Work Outside The Units Premises, Waste Disposal In Accordance With The Restrictions Of Environmental Protection Regulations, Removing Infrastructure Pollution Caused By The Fault Of The Contractor Or His Employees. All Costs Related To The Implementation Of These Activities Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Ordering Party Does Not Bear Any Additional Fees For This.
