5) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Some Rooms In The Building Of The Castle Museum In Oświęcim, Located At Ul. Zamkowa 1, In Order To Adapt The Facility To Applicable Fire Protection Requirements. The Oświęcim Castle Building, Together With The Castle Hill, Is Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Małopolska Voivodeship Under Number A-956/M (In Accordance With The Legal Status Described In Point 3 Of This Chapter) And Is Subject To Strict Protection Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.6) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Reconstruction Of Rooms By Construction Of System Fire Separation Walls With Fire Resistance Class Ei 60, Including The Installation Of Fire-Resistant Doors With Eis 30 Class, Separating The Staircase From Fire; B) Fire Protection Of The Roof Structure And Walls Of Technical Rooms By Installing System Partitions Made Of Fire-Resistant Plasterboards (Gkf) With Fire Resistance Class Ei 60; C) Construction Of An Internal Emergency Evacuation Lighting Installation In The Building, D) Expansion Of The Fire Alarm System, E) Expansion Of The Internal Hydrant Installation In The Building, F) Performance Of All Accompanying And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including Dismantling, Finishing And Repair Works And Restoring The Rooms To A Condition Suitable For Their Use.3.A Full, Detailed And Exhaustive Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Guarantee And Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Documents Of The Subject Order, I.E.: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Swz) 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu/Contract Template), 3) Design Documentation, 4) Stwiorb (Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works), 5) Bills Of Quantities - Provided That Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, They Are Only Of Auxiliary And Illustrative Nature,6) Arrangements, Resolutions, Decisions7) Answers To Questions Provided During The Tender Procedure (If Applicable), All Published Documents As Part Of This Tender Procedure Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary.
