Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Intake For Groundwater From Formations Of The Triassic Carbonate Series In Zumpy, Plot No. 1410/10, District Boronów. The Order Includes The Construction Of An S-2T Well To Capture Water From Formations Of The Triassic Carbonate Series To A Maximum Depth Of 600 M. It Is Planned To Drill A Well Within The Boundaries Of Plot No. 1410/10, District 0001 Boronów. Hydrogeological, With A Maximum Depth Of 600.0 M (Or Up To The Top Of The Świerklaniec Layers) In Order To Exploit The Aquifer Of The Triassic Carbonate Series, Which Should Lie At A Depth Of 370.0-600 M. Drilling To A Depth Of Approximately 5 M Will Be Carried Out With A Φ444 Mm Bit Drill (Or A Spiral Drill) With The Introduction Of A Conductor Column (Pipes) Into The Hole Drilling Φ406 Mm). These Pipes Will Be Removed From The Hole While The Next Column Of Pipes Is Cemented. Further Drilling, To A Depth Of Approx. 5 M Below The Ceiling Of Clay And Claystones (Expected Depth Of 35 M), Drilling Will Be Carried Out With A 370 Mm Bit Drill Using A Clay Mud. At This Depth, Φ356 Mm Protective Pipes Will Be Placed. These Pipes Should Be Cemented To The Top. To A Depth Of Approx. 375 M (5 M Below The Ceiling Of The Tarnowice Layers), Drilling Will Be Carried Out With A Φ311 Mm Bit Drill, Using A Clay Mud (Self-Contained), And A Column Of Φ244 Mm Casing Pipes Will Be Inserted Into The Hole. These Pipes Should Also Be Cemented To The Top. To The Final Depth, A Maximum Of 600 M (Or To The Top Of The Świerklaniec Layers), Drilling Will Be Carried Out With A Drill Bit With A Diameter Of Φ216 Mm, Using A Water Mud. After Drilling Is Completed, Debris And Slurry Should Be Removed From The Hole. It Is Expected That The Walls Of The Hole Will Be Stable And The Hole Will Not Be Filtered, It Will Remain Bare In A Passage Of 375 - Max. 600 M. If Clear Water Escapes From The Hole Are Observed While Drilling Middle Triassic Formations (Before Reaching The Final Depth), Drilling Should Be Stopped And Control Pumping Should Be Performed To Assess The Water Inflow To The Hole. When The Obtained Efficiency Is Satisfactory For The Investor, Drilling Should Be Stopped And Start Cleaning And Measuring Pumping. If The Wells Efficiency Is Insufficient, Drilling Will Continue To A Maximum Depth Of 600 M Below Ground Level (Or To The Top Of The Świerklaniec Layers). After Drilling The Hole, Tests Of Water Efficiency And Quality Will Be Carried Out. It Is Planned To Perform Tests Using A Submersible Pump With A Capacity Of Up To 50 M3/H, Lowered To A Depth Of Approx. 100 M. The Pump Will Be Powered By A Generator Or The Network. .Pumping Should Be Performed In Two Stages: - Purification Pumping, Until The Water Is Completely Cleaned Of Mechanical Suspensions (Approx. 24 Hours). - Measurement Pumping At One Dynamic Level, For A Total Time Of 168 Hours. After Completing The Purification Pumping, The Hole Should Be Chlorinated And The Water Table Should Be Stabilized, Within 2
