When Calculating The Price Of The Offer, The Contractor Should Include: • Together With The Assurance Of The Construction Manager For The Bridge Specialization • Together With The Assurance Of The Works Manager For The Road Specialty • Together With The Assurance Of The Works Manager For The Electrical Specialty • Together With Obtaining The Occupancy Permit Decision • Together With The Provision Of Full Geodetic Services And The Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory • Together With With A 5-Year Warranty Period • Together With The Management Of Wood Obtained From Felling Trees And Shrubs. The Necessary Condition For Declaring Readiness For Final Acceptance Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular An Approved Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. Completion Of Final Acceptance Is Not Dependent On Obtaining A Decision On The Occupancy Permit. However, The Contractor Is Obliged, Acting On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, To Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney, Prepare A Complete Application, Obtain And Submit To The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Submit A Complete Application For The Decision Immediately, No Later Than 7 Calendar Days After The Final Acceptance. The Earlier Submission Of The Invoice Itself Does Not Cause The Payment To Become Due And The Ordering Party To Be In Default.
