Part I - Organizational And Competence Area - Development, Implementation, Review And Update Of The Information Security Management System (Isms), Development And Implementation Of The Business Continuity Management System (Szcd), Conducting Cybersecurity Audits, Organizing And Conducting Training In The Field Of Cybersecurity2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 - Opz, Part I To The Specification Of The Terms Of Order. 3. Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Not Intended To Violate Article 99(4) Of The Public Procurement Law, But Serve Only To Specify The Quality, Functional And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Supplies Of It Equipment, Network Devices, Network Infrastructure (Ups) And Software (Including Anti-Virus Packages, Backup Software, Ndr Systems And Other Security Software) Covered By This Procedure.4. If In The Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz) Or Its Annexes - In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz For Part I And Annex No. 3 To The Swz For Part Ii; Hereinafter: Opz) - The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process (In Accordance With Article 99(4) And (5) Of The Public Procurement Law), Or By Reference To European Standards Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems (In Accordance With Article 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Public Procurement Law), The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equipment, Devices Or Software Equivalent To Those Described. Each Time A Specific Standard Is Referenced In The Swz Or Its Annexes, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. Any Network Topology Diagrams, Architectural Diagrams Or Exemplary System Configurations Included In The Procurement Documentation Are For Illustrative And Illustrative Purposes Only - They Are Not Assigned To Any Specific Manufacturer Or Supplier, And Do Not Constitute A Description Of Only One Type Or Brand Of Solution.
