The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works, Including The Completion And Execution Of Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Task Includes The Modernization Of The Existing Sports Complex Built In 2009 As Part Of The Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 Program And Supplementing This Complex With The Construction Of A New Sports Facility - A Skate Park. Investment Address: Ul. Ignacego Paderewskiego 9A, 24-140 Nałęczów, Plot No. 280/2, 282, 283. 2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture Under The Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 Sports Complexes Modernization Program3.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Resulting From The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Scope Of Works Already Performed, Specified In The List Of Works Together With An Indication Of Their Progress, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 2) Replacement Of The Drainage Pipe Marked As System K6, Located On The Orlik Pitch, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 3) Carrying Out Repair Works Related To Skate Park Slab, In Accordance With The Technical Repair Project Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz; 4) Removing Formwork From The Edges Of The Skate Parks Concrete Slab And Filling The Holes Created As A Result Of Taking Samples For Laboratory Tests With C30/37 Class Concrete; 5) Backfilling And Filling In The Soil Along The Skate Park Slab, Along With Its Appropriate Compaction And Tidying Up The Area.
