Tenders Are Invited For Rental Of Equipment For Continuous Renal Replacement Techniques For A Period Of 12 Months

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Service Of A Device For Performing Continuous Renal Replacement Techniques, 1 Piece, In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1 To This Swz.2. The Limit Parameters For The Device Are Described In Annex No. 1 To This Swz.3. Additional Conditions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: A) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Duration Of The Equipment Rental, For A Period Of Min. 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract;B) The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To The Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Lease (E.G. Technical Inspections In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, Current Repairs, Periodic Inspections, Service And Maintenance Of The Device, Including Consumables) During The Duration Of The Contract;C) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Contact Assistance 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week; If A Device Failure Is Detected That Cannot Be Removed Within 24 Hours, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Device For The Duration Of The Repair Or Cover The Costs Of Possible Transport Of The Patient From The Specialist Hospital. To The Place Where It Will Be Subjected To An Alternative Treatment;E) After Each Technical Inspection, The Contractor Ensures That A Certificate Of The Devices Efficiency Is Issued;F) The Contractor Will Provide Training For Medical Staff (Employees Of The Toxicology Department) And Technical Staff, In A Number And Time Ensuring Correct And Safe Operation Of The Device, And The Cost Of Disposable Materials Used During The Training Will Be Covered By The Contractor.4. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Rejected.5. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
