1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Together With The Design, Assembly, Commissioning And Connection Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 49.56 Kwp At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In Żarnowiec, Plot No. 1490, In A Formula Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation And The Installation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu).2 The Order Is A Delivery With Assembly. Design, Installation, Construction And Assembly, Commissioning, Measurement And Formal And Legal Works Described In The Pfu Constitute Integral Elements Of The Service Necessary For The Proper Delivery And Commissioning Of The Complete Installation.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Design And Assembly Works And The Minimum Technical Requirements Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4 Organizational Note: Part Of The Photovoltaic Installation Is Intended For Installation On A Shelter, Which Is Currently Under Construction. Installation Of This Part Of The Installation Will Be Possible Only After Completion Of Construction Works And Roof Covering To The Extent Enabling Safe Pv Installation, And After The Employer Has Made The Work Area Available To The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Coordinate The Works With The Hall Contractor. Detailed Rules For The Impact Of The Lack Of Availability Of The Hall On The Completion Date Are Specified In The Draft Contract.
