Allowing The Submission Of An Offer Containing Equivalent Materials Or Devices.1) The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, It Is For Information Purposes Only2) If Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Determine The Minimum Quality Standard Of The Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation.
