1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Multi-Variant Program And Spatial Concept For The Construction Of The Northern Communication Connection Of The City Of Nowy Targ Between Ul. Krakowska And Ul. Kowaniec Together With A Technical And Economic Analysis.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A Measurement Plan, Local Development Plan Analysis, Carrying Out Measurements And Traffic Analysis, Implementation Of A Diagnosis Of Conditions; 2) Preparation Of Preliminary Variants, Cross-Sections, Intersections And Road Categories; 3) Preparation Of Cost Analysis - Indicative Cost Estimates For Each Variant, Carrying Out A Multi-Criteria Analysis Of Variants, Preparing Working Visualizations, Indicating The Recommended Variant, Preparing A Final Report And A Set Of Documentation.
