For Drinking Water Tankers With A Capacity Of 5,000L. 1.1 Type Of Order: Supplies. 1.2 The Subject Of The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor, 1 Pc. For Drinking Water Tankers With A Capacity Of 5,000 L. The Tractor Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, And Should Meet All The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law Of June 20, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Ensure That The Tractor Will Be Ready For Use, After A Zero Inspection, With The Necessary Operating Fluids Replenished. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Provide Free Commissioning, Checking (Possible Adjustment After Commissioning) And Training Of Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance And Occupational Health And Safety Of The Equipment. Detailed Equipment Requirements And Technical Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To Swz 1.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Other Than Those Used In The Procedure Documentation, Equivalent, With Appropriate Technical And Quality Parameters. Technical And Quality Parameters For The Materials Used In The Documentation Are Minimum Values.1.4. Contractors May Submit Offers Containing Solutions Equivalent To The Subject Of The Contract Presented In The Tor. 1.5. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
