Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader With Accessories

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Accessories.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Fully Operational, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 3. The Backhoe Loader Should Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads And An Operating Manual In Polish And Other Documents Described In The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Backhoe Loader With Accessories Be Covered By At Least 12-Month Warranty And Warranty (The Warranty And Warranty Period Will Be Specified In The Contract In Accordance With The Submitted Offer), Other Provisions Regarding The Warranty Are Included In The Opz And The Draft Contract. 5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party At Its Own Expense And At Its Own Risk. The Place Of Delivery Was Indicated In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz As Well As The Draft Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Purchase Financed From A Targeted Subsidy From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
