3.1.The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Entitled Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Town Of Lubatówka, Iwonicz-Zdrój Commune.3.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Design Of The Water Supply Network With Connections And The Necessary Infrastructure In Accordance With The Scope Presented In Annex No. 9 (Concept Of Technical Solutions) To The Swz. The Attached Concept Of Technical Solutions Cannot Be The Subject Of Claims By The Contractor Against The Ordering Party In The Context Of Additional Services. The Project Is To Include All Farms Located In The Study Area.3.3.The Tasks Of The Contractor Who Will Be Awarded The Order Will Include: A) Obtaining The Required Technical Conditions And Up-To-Date Geodetic Bases Necessary To Develop Documentation And Building Permits, And Preparing Water And Legal Reports; B) Obtaining All Legally Required Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Complete The Task, Including An Environmental Decision (If Required), Consent Of Property Owners For The Water Supply Network (In Writing), Approval Of Zud And Sanitary Inspectorate Documentation, Fire Protection Agreements, Agreements With Energy Entrepreneurs - In The Case Of Designing Networks Near High-Voltage Lines, Administrators Of Other Utilities, Preparation Of Water And Legal Reports, Etc.; C) The Designers Responsibilities Will Also Include Obtaining Consent To Enter The Area From All Institutions And Individuals To Install A Water Supply Network. D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Form And Scope Of The Declaration Of The Owner Through Whose Plot The Water Supply Will Run, Constituting The Right To Use The Area For Construction Purposes With The Ordering Party.
