The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Collected Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy, The Provisions Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Waste Act, From Owners Of Residential Properties Constructed In The Radgoszcz Commune In The Period From October 1, 2026 To September 30, 2027, Where The Service Consists Of: 1) Collection, Transport And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of The Entire Mass Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - Twice A Month In The Summer Period From April 1 To October 31, Once A Month In The Winter Period From November 1 To March 31 And Segregated - Collected Once A Month From Residential Properties, Individually In Front Of The Property From Each Household In The Radgoszcz Commune From Seven Villages: Radgoszcz I, Radgoszcz Ii, Radgoszcz Iii, Smyków, Luszowice, Małec, Żdżary, Implemented In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Provisions Of The Resolution Of The Provincial Assembly Małopolskie, Together With Changes And Provisions Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Radgoszcz Commune. 2) Carrying Out A Mobile Collection Of Large-Size Waste, During Which The Following Will Be Collected Directly In Front Of Each Property From The Owners Of Residential Properties: A) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, B) Furniture And Other Large-Size Waste, C) Used Tires From Passenger Cars And Two-Wheeled Vehicles, I. A Traveling Collection Of The Above-Mentioned Waste Will Take Place At Least Once A Year On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. Ii. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform Residents About The Dates And Rules Of Collection No Later Than 2 Weeks Before The Planned Collection Date,3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Biodegradable Waste (Including Green Waste) Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties To Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy,4) Equip Residential Properties (Households) With Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste - Lending Containers By The Contractor For The Duration Of The Contract;5) Delivering Bags For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste To Residential Properties (Households);6) Organizing And Operating A Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok). Collection Dates Will Be Set In Consultation With The Contractor.
