The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Tractor With Accessories Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Should Be Completed And Submitted With The Submitted Offer.3.The Vehicle Will Be Collected In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To Swz.4.The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) Meet All The Features Specified In The Swz And The Contract Template, B) Be Brand New And Compliant With Applicable Regulations And Standards, C) Have A Complete Set Of Technical And Operational Documentation Necessary For Vehicle Registration.5.The Task In Question Will Be Co-Financed Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Awarded To It.6.Equivalent Solutions:5.1.Wherever The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Such Description Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5.2.If The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Manner Referred To In Point 5.1, The Ordering Party Shall Indicate In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. If The Order Documents Include An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor (Proper Names), And The Ordering Party Has Not Specified The Equivalence Criteria Referred To In Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Treated As Null And Void. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented Using The Materials And Products Indicated By Name. Therefore, The Contractor Who Offers To Perform The Order Using Other Materials And Products Is Not Obliged To Submit A Description Of Equivalent Materials And Products.5.3.Wherever The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference/Label/Certificate Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, Art. 104, Art. 105 Pzp, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5.4.If The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Do Not Co
